JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 5.8.2014 by which his license has been cancelled by the SDO, Khagaria. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no show cause was issued to him. Further, without conviction in a criminal case, cancellation of PDS license is against the provisions of 2007 Control orders.

Plea of the petitioner is well covered by several decisions of this Court. In the result, the impugned order cancelling petitioner's license are set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh.
