Petitioner is accused in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One similarly situated co-accused Vijay Kumar Sahay has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6904 of 2017. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
