2. Petitioner has challenged the order bearing Memo No. 101 dated 03.02.2017(Annexure-3), passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya by which the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner bearing No. 45/92 has been cancelled.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against cancellation of his P.D.S. licence, petitioner filed Supply Appeal No. 12/2017 before the District Magistrate, Gaya, which is pending since 07.03.2017.

4. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of
