In the present case, the petitioner was working as an Anganbari Sevika at the Center No.84 but, on account of opening of new center i.e. Anganbari Center No. 94, she has been asked to perform the duty of Anganbari Sevika in the Center No.94. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the newly constructed Anganbari Center No. 94 does not fall within the feeder area prescribed for the petitioner as also the population of minority community is not dominated within the Center No.94 and, thus, she cannot be transferred in the newly created Anganbari Center No.94.
