2. On the last date, vide earlier order dated 06.05.2025, the possibility of one time settlement had been explored between the parties and they had agreed to settle their grievances on a full and final payment of an amount of Rs.5,50,000/- by the petitioner to the O.P. No.2 along with all her articles, which she had left in the matrimonial house.
3. Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, a copy of which has been served on the O.P. No.2 and kept on record, indicating the articles that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63693 of 2024(8) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 belongs to the O.P. No.2 which are available with the petitioner, which he is ready to return. It has also been stated in the affidavit that out of total settlement amount of Rs.5,50,000/-, half will be paid at the time of filing of a mutual consent of divorce petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act and the same would be filed within a period of 1 month from today and the rest half of the amount would be paid on either before or on the final date when the decree of divorce is being passed.
4. It has also been agreed by the O.P. No.2 that they would have no claim in any other property or earning of the petitioner once they have arrived on such compromise of settlement and O.P. No.2 would also take all necessary steps to withdraw the present case filed against the petitioner and hence, the final payment made by the petitioner would bring all litigations between the parties to an end.
5. Sofar as the articles of O.P. No.2 are concerned, the same are directed to be returned to the O.P. No.2 and the receipt thereof, would be produced at the time of furnishing of bail bonds.
6. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or

No.63693 of 2024(8) dt.15-05-2025 3/3 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.39 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Soni Shrivastava, J) sharun/- U T
