The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 448, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one another are said to have come on a motorcycle and it is stated that both the accused persons fired from their pistol. The petitioner is a dreaded criminal.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of prior dispute between the parties. Admittedly no person was injured in the occurrence. Co-accused Binod Kurmi has been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in custody since

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for 9 months, no persons having been injured in the occurrence and investigation in the case having conduced, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Aandar P.S. Case no. 105 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Siwan.
