Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 304-B, 307, 323, 324, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70978 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 1, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no. 1, above named. Considering the fact that petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased and there are general and omnibus allegations against them, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 2 and 6, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
