The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.448 of 2020 registered under Sections 376, 511, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The specific allegation is against co-accused Tuna Khan. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
