The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 20.8.2014 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Gaya vide A.B.P. No.1222 of 2014 in connection with Complaint case No.1119 of 2013 (Trial No.2302 of 2014).

Since no one appears on behalf of the Petitioner to apprise this Court as to whether the trial is still pending, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
