The petitioner seeks bail in Kashim Bazar P.S. case No. 121 of 2016 under Section 379, 411, 401 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and one Tinku Kumar were arrested with stolen motor cycle bearing registration No. BR-02B-0249. It is submitted that petitioner took lift from Tinku Kumar, who was driving the motor cycle, and Tinku Kumar has already been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2016 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in paragraph 3 of the petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10016 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kashim Bazar P.S.
