This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For old dispute the petitioner and others allegedly committed abuse, assault and theft in the house of the informant as well as attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that false implication is due to old family dispute.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 241 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court.
