JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased and she had no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62804 of 2022(2) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 day-do-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioner lives seperately from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.04.2022.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 217/2022).
