2. The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "I. For direction upon the Respondents to restore and make the allotment for the month of June & July 2024 as the allotment was not given of that month and also continue the monthly allotment as per the consumer tagged with the Petitioner's Shop

II. For directing the Respondent Authorities for eliminating and omitting the wrongly and excess quantity of food grains uploaded onto the Petitioner's EPOS Machine No 12200100138 which neither any S.I.O. has been issued nor the Petitioner has received the said food grain.

III. Update the Petitioner EPOS Machine No 12200100138 as per the stock received by Petitioner and distribute the same amongst the beneficiaries and provide the margin money is yet to be paid to the Petitioner.

IV. To provide the details of food grains supplied and distributed in the month March 2020 to September 2020 and March 2021 to September 2021 when the Shop of the Petitioner was tagged to another Shop.

V. For clearing the liabilities of the Petitioner and close the Shop and during passing of the final Order, supply the food grains to the Shop of the Petitioner also continue.

VI. Any other order(s) may be passed, direction(s) given or reliefs granted to the Petitioner for which he is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 17.07.2024 (Anneaxure P/7) to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, Vaishali (Respondent No. 8), the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The Respondent No. 8 is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13478 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 3/3 directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
