Heard Mr. Bimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP for the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Manihari P.S. Case No. 26/2012 dated 09.02.2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
