Heard Mr. Bimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned APP for the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Manihari P.S. Case No. 26/2012 dated 09.02.2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. A report was called for by a bench of this Court from the court below about the stage of the case on 28.03.2018. The report has since
been received. The report, which is dated 06.04.2018 indicates that in this case chargesheet has been submitted and cognizance also has been taken.
