The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case no. 62 of 2019, registered under Section 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 14.06.2019 at night, the informant was sleeping near her door, in the meantime, petitioner came there and caught hold her arm on which she woke up and asked then he disclosed his name as Shyamdeo Manjhi (Petitioner) and he also gave threatening not to raise alarm. Thereafter, informant made alarm and she also disclosed the name of petitioner, who caught hold her hand. In the meantime, petitioner succeeded to flee away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56184 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant and due to land dispute, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
