JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Admittedly on account of various orders passed by this Court, the entire outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner has stood paid. However, the only grievance of the petitioner left to be redressed is the order of recovery dated 28.06.2016 passed by the respondent Administrator, whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs. 4,22,908/- has been directed to be recovered from the retiral benefits of the petitioner herein. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the present writ petition has become infructuous, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the order of recovery dated 28.06.2016 by filing a fresh writ
