In the considered opinion of this Court, once this fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner himself that the direction, contained in the order of this Court in the connected writ application, has already been complied with, the issue as to whether the order passed by the opposite parties while complying the directions of this Court is correct or otherwise can never be

That being so, this contempt application is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order passed by the opposite parties as may be permissible in law.
