The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.06.2019, seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The uncle of the informant is said to have been assaulted by means of spade resulting in his death. The fatal assault is attributed to Amirak Yadav and Tripit Yadav.

Some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering all these aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
