By order 16.10.2014, the Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to file a rejoinder to the counter affidavit as well as the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7.

No rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner till date.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents in which the stand is that all admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner during the pendency of the writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has no instructions in the matter.
