The petitioner seeks bail in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 141/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that four persons came on two motorcycles and intercepted his vehicle. The accused persons looted away Rs. 1,30,000/- and documents from the motorcycle of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of one Manish Kumar, but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade, although the petitioner is in jail since

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that save and except confession of the co-accused there is no other material to show the involvement of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 141/2016.
