2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have injured the victim with a farsa. The injury has been found to be of hard and blunt substance though the same is of grievous in nature.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence has been taken place because of a land dispute and there is a title suit pending between the parties. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64564 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XI, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court in connection with Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Malahi Police Station, East Champaran on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
