In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 2011/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, the petitioners have moved for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39295 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 24.10.2016 rejected the same.
This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7345 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from today. The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to ensure the production of the witnesses before the Court below. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioners will have a liberty to renew their prayer for bail. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
