1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14335 of 2023(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the private Respondent Nos. 7 to 14 over the Gairmajarua Land (public land) bearing Thana No. 184, Khata no. 329, Khesra no. 455 total area 20.75 decimals, situated in village Barharwakala Tole Konhwa, Police Station Kotwa, DistrictEast Champaran, Motithari."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kotwa, District-East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
