However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.06.2011 vide memo no. 569 as contained in Annexure-1 and further for a direction to the respondents not to take action against the petitioner for recovery of amount of balanced 456 quintals foodgrains.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and states that the Enquiry Commission headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Udai Sinha (Retired) has now submitted its report and any further action in relation to recovery of the value of undistributed rice under the SGRY Scheme would abide by the decision of the State Government to be

4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of.
