JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner, who is a retired Headmistress of Government Middle School, Vikrampur in the district of Begusarai, is aggrieved by non-payment of arrears of salary from January, 2015 to 31.5.2015 and also for non-payment of certain difference of accounts with respect to various construction works of the school building.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed several representations before the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.14420 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 Education Officer, being Annexures 3 and 4 series to the present writ petition, but no action has been taken on the same. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Education Officer, Begusarai within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered and disposed of by respondent No.5 within a period of two months from the receipt of the same and whatever amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within a period of two months thereafter.
