The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 442 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a &26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol along with one live cartridge beneath the bed of the petitioner in his rented house premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is accused in three other cases, in which petitioner was on bail, due to that reasons, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.57043 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S.
