2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 354, 452, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, co-accused Azam Khan, Imtiaz Khan, this petitioner, and co-accused Shamsher entered the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of the younger sister of the informant. On protest, co-accused Azam Khan fired at the informant, and co-accused Imtiaz Khan also fired.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and co-

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
