Apprehending his arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail.

Insane sister of the informant was being assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner. When the informant protested, it is said that the petitioner gave an arrow blow which hit on his head.. The other family members were thereafter assaulted by some other accused persons. The contention of the petitioner is that the injury found on the head is caused by blunt substance which is simple in nature. The petitioner does not carry

Considering the allegation, the nature and situs of the injury, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail. If he does so, the same shall be considered on its own merit uninfluenced by the present order.
