It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the second paragraph of the order dated 08.05.2017 vide which the petitioner was allowed regular bail, it appears that in place of Section 392 Section 302 has inadvertently been typed.

In such view of the matter, order dated 08.05.2017 is modified to the extent that Section 302 mentioned in the order dated 08.05.2017, be read as Section 392.
