Case No. 08 of 2014 registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 20,22,23,24,27(A)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from her possession six packets of Nepali charas was recovered. It is submitted that the statement of the petitioner was not recorded. Petitioner is a lady having child in her lap. Considering the fact that 6kg of Nepali Charas is recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
