JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others including the wife of the petitioner assaulted to the brother of the informant as a result whereof he sustained injury and subsequently died during the course of treatment. The doctor has found single injury at the head of the deceased on external examination.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12659 of 2017 (4) dt.24-04-2017 A.D.J.-VI, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with S.T.No.647 of 2016, arising out of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.149 of 2014, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
