2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the Counsels.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of the representation dated 09.05.2023 (Annexure-P/3) to the Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. Bihar Patna through District Manager i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.15163 of 2025(3) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation dated 09.05.2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be true, the authority shall endeavour to make the necessary payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. However, in case, the authority come to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not correct, the authority shall pass reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. It is needless to observe that before taking any decision, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
