Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to apply afresh for prearrest bail, in future, if so advised. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, while this application is disposed of as withdrawn, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, seeking pre-arrest bail if the situation so warrants.
