This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 37(B) and 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The petitioners are staff of the hotel. From the back of the hotel liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioners have sated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 08.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court.
