2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 22.03.2024 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.773 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel for the State accedes to the aforesaid submission.
4. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider
