The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.166 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The application is, thus, dismissed.
