JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 The petitioners are not pressing the challenge to the impugned order dated 18.07.2022 passed in Title Suit No. 101 / 1999. The suit has been filed by the plaintiff -respondents for declaration of title and recovery of possession over the suit land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending for the last twenty three years, but the same has not yet been disposed. Accordingly, his limited prayer is that the trial court may be directed to dispose the suit on its own merit within a reasonable time frame.

Taking into consideration the fact that the suit is pending for the last twenty three years, the learned Sub Judge- VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to dispose the Title Suit No. 101 / 1999 in accordance with law on its own merit within a period of one year from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that either of the parties shall not
