2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 323, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Manju Manjhi is the assailant of the deceased. He has stabbed the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 09.03.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the period of custody and the allegation, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
