JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 18-11-2019 The petitioners are aggrieved with the impugned order dated 02.01.2019, passed in O.A. No. 50/1081/2018 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna, titled as Kumari Anamika Ray Vs. Postal.

We noticed that after the matter was adjourned on 05.02.2019, the matter is pending for consideration with the appropriate authority, i.e., the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22462 of 2019 dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Having considered the material placed on record, we are of the considered view that the interest of justice would be best met, if the Tribunal is requested to decide the main matter within a period of four weeks. Moreso, in the light of the decision dated 12.09.2019 rendered by this Court in CWJC No.18459 of 2019, titled as the Union of India and Ors. Vs. Irshad Gani along with other analogous cases. Needless to say that such decision has to be in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to all affected persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to mention the matter before the appropriate authority within a period of one week.
