Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017 in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 registered under 272, 273, 308, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in this case due to non-fulfillment of the illegal demand of the police. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last three months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
