2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 332, 333 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the informant alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner along with 15-16 unknown persons assaulted him and other police party and tried to free the prisoners. It is further alleged that the accused persons also tried to snatch arms and ammunition from the police party and created public nuisance. It is also alleged that the accused persons have blamed against him that he had snatched Rs. 1,60,000/- from them, which is false and also prayed for taking action against them.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2023 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is said to have been found in drunken state and creating public nuisance.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023.
