Considering the reasons as stated in the modification application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioner, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49392 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.
