Patna High Court MJC No.4039 of 2014 (3) dt.03-04-2015 sanctioned to the petitioner as officiating allowance for discharging duties as Legal Assistant for the period 01.04.1977 to 01.09.2014 as directed by the order dated 10.01.2014 under contempt.
In the above circumstances, the order under contempt has been practically complied with and only the amount still remains to be paid. The contempt application is, therefore, dismissed.
