Petitioners are also given liberty to move the competent authority by filing their representation with regard to the grant of pay-scale on parity which they deserve. This order is in consonance with the order passed by this Bench in a batch of writ application on 09.02.2016, which was the case of Om Prakash and others Versus State of Bihar and others, i.e., C. W. J. C. No. 17796 of 2015.

The petitioners will continue to draw salary on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17275 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 basis of pre 16.07.2015 notification, i.e., Annexure-3 and no recovery will be made in the meantime.

Writ application stands disposed off in terms of above.
