JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 136/ 2025 dated 24.04.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of the BNS.

2. Heard Mr. Manish Kumar No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Naresh Ray, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that there is old enmity between petitioner's family and the informant's family which has also been noticed by the trial court in the impugned order and also taking note of the interpolation in the medical report of the victim as pointed out by the learned trial court and coupled with the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59525 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 136/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
