28.08.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Madhepura P. S. Case No. 105 of 2013 dated 02.03.2013, instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation has submitted that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the trial has proceeded in the instant case.
