Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 178 of 2017, Sessions Trial No. 158 of 2019, 216 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 325, 307, 384, 54 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected on 19.2.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the trial. The order was passed on 19.2.2019 and more than seven months have passed but no substantial progress is noticed. Learned counsel submits that charge has not been framed.

No.60795 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Considering the liberty granted by a coordinate bench of this Court and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Nawada, in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.178 of 2017, Sessions Trial No. 158/19, 216 of 2019.
