2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party, vide order dated 11.08.2008 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29891 of 2008 in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2007.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
