The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):- That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 11th of December, 2014 (Annexure-7) passed by the learned Collector, Saran at Chapra in Misc. Case (Land Settlement) Case No.6 of 2010 by which he has rejected the prayer of the petitioner for fixation of the rent of the lands described in paragraph 3 of this application on wrong and imaginary facts.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the counteraffidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, clearly

Patna High Court CWJC No.15261 of 2015(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 shows that it is disputed land, for which, the parties have to move before a Competent Civil Court. This counter-affidavit was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.06.2018 and there is no rebuttal.

4. However, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
