2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 27.05.2023 at 12 P.M., the petitioners along with other accused persons came to the house of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67070 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 the informant and started assaulting him and his family members due to which they have sustained injuries. He has further alleged that all the accused persons were variously armed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of the clean antecedents and for the same day occurrence, the wife of petitioner No. 4 has lodged a case against the prosecution side which is Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023. He has also submitted that in the present case and in the counter case, both the parties have compromised the matter.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
